Every booking passed through a person before it could be confirmed. We rebuilt the path from enquiry to paid order as a system, with AI handling the unstructured front end and deterministic code handling everything that touches money.

Onboarding each new partner meant a week of manual configuration: pages, pricing, tracking links and commission rules. We replaced it with a generator, and made commission calculation something the business could audit rather than trust.

A prospecting engine where the model writes the query, never the data

Output looked excellent and could not be trusted, which is worse than output that looks poor.

The first version used a language model to generate leads, which meant it sometimes invented them. We rebuilt it so the model produces a search specification and verified sources produce the rows — multi-tenant, and auditable back to source.
