Brain Matrix Labs

Tools that answer a real question about your business

Four interactive tools for the decisions that come before a software project: what your manual work actually costs, whether you are ready for AI, whether to build at all, and what a product will really involve.

How the Labs work

Useful first. Everything else second.

These tools exist because the most valuable part of an early conversation is usually the framing, and framing does not need to be sold.

  1. 01

    The result comes first

Every tool shows you its output before it asks for anything. There is no email gate, and there never will be. A tool that withholds its answer is an advert, not a tool.

  2. 02

    Assumptions are published

Every constant behind every number is listed next to the result, so you can challenge it. If you disagree with an assumption, change the input and watch the output move.

  3. 03

We will say the unprofitable thing

The build-versus-buy tool recommends not building when that is the right answer, and the recommendation states the strongest argument against itself. That is the point of it.

Questions

Before you start

Do I have to give you my email to see the results?

No. Every tool shows its full result immediately. There is no gate, no partial output, and no unlocking step. If you want to discuss what you get, there is a link to book a call — that is entirely optional.

Are the numbers accurate for my business?

They are honest estimates based on the inputs you give and on assumptions we publish beside every result. They are useful for framing a decision and for sizing an opportunity. They are not a substitute for measuring your actual baseline, and we say so on each tool.

Do the tools send my inputs to Brain Matrix?

No. All four tools calculate entirely in your browser. Your figures are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere, and we cannot see them unless you tell us on a call.

Why give this away?

Because the alternative is asking you to trust a sales conversation instead. If the tools are genuinely useful, that tells you more about how we think than any case study would — and if your answer turns out to be that you do not need us, that is a good outcome for both of us.

Next step

Prefer to skip the tools and just talk?

A 45-minute conversation with a senior engineer. Bring the process that is causing you the most pain and we will tell you what we would do about it.
